Welcome to Wub Goblin. By using our website, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, that’s totally fine—just don’t use the site. We keep things weird, but we’re serious about this stuff too.

1. Use of the Site

All content on this site—including designs, illustrations, logos, and copy—is owned by Wub Goblin (or licensed to us). Don’t use it without permission. If you want to collaborate or license our art, hit us up.

3. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason (especially if we suspect fraud or stock issues)

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless we explicitly say so. We work with on-demand fulfillment, so each item is made just for you.

4. Shipping

We partner with fulfillment services (like Printful) to print and ship your gear. Estimated shipping times are just that—estimates.

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier errors

Lost packages (but we’ll do our best to help track things down)

Import duties, taxes, or additional fees for international orders

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds unless:

In those rare cases, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with our print partner to make it right. We do not refund for buyer's remorse, wrong sizing, or ordering mistakes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the site or our products

Any allergic reactions, heartbreak, or spontaneous neck injuries from going too hard in our merch

Use your best judgment. Wear clothes. Hydrate.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes. If something major changes, we’ll post about it.
