Refund & Return Policy

All Wub Goblin products are made to order. That means each item is custom-printed just for you when you place your order—so we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there's an actual issue with your order.

🔁 We Only Offer Refunds or Replacements If:

  • Your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • You received the wrong item or size (not what you ordered)

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • Email us at: wubgoblin@gmail.com

If your claim is approved, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund—whichever makes the most sense.

🚫 We Do NOT Offer Refunds If:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color

  • You changed your mind

  • You didn’t read the product description or size chart

  • You don’t like the style or design after receiving it

  • You used a wrong shipping address

All sales are final unless your item meets the issue criteria above.

📦 Lost Packages

Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier (like USPS or Canada Post). If your package goes missing:

  • First, check your tracking info and local post office

  • If it’s truly lost, reach out—we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee replacements for carrier issues.

💥 Final Notes

We’re a small, crusty operation, not Amazon. We work with a trusted print partner to make and ship everything—but if something arrives messed up, we’ll make it right. Just don’t ghost us for two weeks and then demand a refund.
