All Wub Goblin products are made to order. That means each item is custom-printed just for you when you place your order—so we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there's an actual issue with your order.
🔁 We Only Offer Refunds or Replacements If:
Your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective
You received the wrong item or size (not what you ordered)
To qualify, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging
Email us at: wubgoblin@gmail.com
If your claim is approved, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund—whichever makes the most sense.
🚫 We Do NOT Offer Refunds If:
You ordered the wrong size or color
You changed your mind
You didn’t read the product description or size chart
You don’t like the style or design after receiving it
You used a wrong shipping address
All sales are final unless your item meets the issue criteria above.
📦 Lost Packages
Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier (like USPS or Canada Post). If your package goes missing:
First, check your tracking info and local post office
If it’s truly lost, reach out—we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee replacements for carrier issues.
💥 Final Notes
We’re a small, crusty operation, not Amazon. We work with a trusted print partner to make and ship everything—but if something arrives messed up, we’ll make it right. Just don’t ghost us for two weeks and then demand a refund.
